My promise is that you will be treated with respect, great care, and be challenged to be the best version of yourself.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Workforce Post-Secondary Math and Business Education from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, a Master of Arts in Human Services with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University, a Master of Arts in Clinical Professional Counseling (CPC), and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from Lincoln Christian University.

I am EMDR level 2 trained therapist, am a certified licensed instructor in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Prepare/Enrich Couple Assessment, and am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family (AAMFT), and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I bring a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy, grounded in both academic training and lived experience. I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).

As a veteran of the United States Army, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by veterans, first responders, and their families. This perspective informs my therapeutic work, allowing me to support individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, and identity-related challenges.

I work with individuals ages 5 to 99, offering care that is respectful, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each person's unique story. I believe that therapy is a powerful opportunity for growth, healing, and self-discovery within a safe and supportive space.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of evidence-based methods to best meet the needs of each client. I am passionate about helping people from all backgrounds and walks of life build resilience, develop insight, and move toward emotional wellness.

I come into my student internship with more than 25 years of experience working closely with children, adolescents, families, and interdisciplinary teams within education. My time at various schools across the valley, including LMCA for a time, has fostered my desire to help students and families develop healthy practices for emotional and spiritual health. My goal in becoming a therapist is anchored in those experiences. I have a bachelor’s degree in child development and a master’s degree in school administration. I am currently completing my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University.  I am honored to be part of this practice with its focus on Christ-centered care, collaboration, and compassion.
